I'm sorry, but that doesn't work.

When you consider the moral of the troupes, if you don't support the war,
they loose heart in what they are trying to accomplish.

When you consider the resolve of the people to support the war effort, if
they do not back the war, there is no support at all.

Viet Nam is a prime example of what I am talking about. No support at
home and no moral amongst the troupes.
