This doesn't sound like a practice bomb to me. Most that I have seen
are blue and have a date and weight stamped on them. I have one that
has how much water to add to it to get it up to the right weight
stenciled on it. Could it be some kind of commemorative or repaint? A
pic would help a lot. They are collectible and worth at least $25.00.
Maybe a lot more.
