Randy,
I think that as a first step, I would jack up the RIGHT front wheel and
inspect the axle bearings and knuckle, etc. As you already know these
trucks are very noisy and not very well insulated for sound transfere. I
suspect the RF wheel area because that is where the weight is transfered
when turning left. Turn slow=less transfered weight =less grinding.
I would think the transfer case or transmission would be equal grinding
noise, left or right turn and probably would be apparant when driving
straight ahead and lessening when easing up on the throttle.
