Someone said to make the buyer use Western Union. However, I have been
told that Western Union charge hefty fees and that most people refuse
to use them for that reason. I have had a look thru the Western Union
website here in Oz, but they are very carefull not to tell you what
their fees are.

I note that the FAQ section does not mention charges, which if nothing
else, would suggest that they are not keen for you to know.

The only way I can see to find out what the charges would be is to
input all my personal info, a dreamt up payee and an amount. No thanks,
I don't feel like giving all my personal information out to yet another
big company just to find out how much they charge, I can do without
all the junk mail and spam.

I have yet to send money with Western Union so I don't know, but
I have been told that the charges are between $15 and $25 for
a $100 transfer. Then the scale steps up in blocks.

For most of us that would pretty well stop any deal in its tracks.

Regards
Doug
