Not trashing an air compressor tank when it is damaged, broken, perforated, rusted, etc. is a good way to get killed. If it has holes in it, there is something wrong with the tank...pitch it.

Only last month, I sold a new, 120 gallon tank, made in the US including shipping for $550.
