If you ride that bicycle on the interstate highway to get to the scale, you
will get a ticket for operating an unauthorize vehicle on a limited acces
highway.But go ahead , the state can use the money anyway and maybe be
inclined to let the next guy with a huge RV toter go by while they are busy

laughing at you.
