Mine is mil-spec :-)

I do have a circuit I hope to add someday that will protect the controller
from overvoltage.... more info as I figure it out!

Also, I am pretty sure I can repair bad controllers.... if anyone has a dead
one they want to offer up as a guinea pig....

And just how have you determined that 'most of us have converted already' ?

I would venture you might find the opposite to be true! I'll start that
survey by saying that my 5 are just the way GM produced them - and start
fine. How about the rest of you CUCV guys? (WOW and this could
start/continue a thread that is HMV related, whotta ya think of that?!?!
