The 3/4 trailer for the HMMWV is known as M1101 (Light) or M1102 (Heavy) the military NSN and the part number for the stud is 5306-01-418-9086 p/n 9251100 Bolt, Shoulder. The numbers for the nut is 5310-01-414-6476 p/n 90640 Nut, Plain, Cap. The bad news is that they seem only to be found on that trailer, military inventory at least. Hope this helps, Wayne
