Hi Jeff,

I would not take it personally - I think your
idea/suggestion/observation sucks also - but it's just a bad idea IMO.
  I don't think you are a bad guy necessarily - just a guy named Jeff
with one bad suggestion. Some people also rob banks to raise money -
that is a fact also - but also a very bad idea unless you like prison food.

If everyone on this let your suggestion just go by - and a couple of MVs
were involved in collisions, without registration and insurance and the
entire MV community was indicted as having somehow sanctioned this kind
of behavior, then we could lose a lot of ground. The MV community is
constantly being attacked as it is to try and prevent us from using
anything that is green and ex-military. We really don't need reckless
and irresponsible behavior adding to our issues. If you can't afford
the insurance, then you can't afford to drive an MV.
