I checked out the M29 Weasel that Pennington County Emergency Management
is selling. Data plate indicates that this is a M29 cargo carrier.
S#1444. Data plates for shift patterns and TM publications are in place.
Unit has 20" tracks with rubber inserts for highway driving and tracks
appear to be in good-very good shape. All guages are there and work,
odometer reads 2473 miles. Engine sounds good and oil pressure is good.
Body is straight, bogies are good. It has an aftermarket alternator and
cab, other than that it appears to be all original. Color is yellow, so it
needs a paint job. ORD 9 SNGL G-179 manual is included.
FYI, I am not bidding on this vehicle and I would classify it as good + to
very good.
