If I read the forms I have filed correctly, you ARE a hazardous waste
producer with as little an amount as can be measured. There seem to be 3
levels. One wants to stay at the first level at all costs, this may be the
55G you are talking about. And of course YOU, not the manufacterer, seller,
or the disposer, but YOU are responsible for it till the end of time, no
exceptions. I suggest everyone should spend a sunday or two a year at a
federal depository library reading thru this drivel. If only the general
public had to deal with this crap I don't think there would be any simpathy
for the EPA and maybe we ALL could get meaningful environmetal laws and
regulation. Sorry, I'll step off the soap box now.
