[MV] CARC paint

CARC paint was and is used to paint vehicles so that the heat will disipate
faster and thus render aircraft seaking heat sources useless. This worked
great in theory but really doesn't work all that well. It is as stated
earlier a very nasty material and can not be purchased over the counter. If
it is sold as surplus you must fill out a ton of paper with end use
certificates, hazmat permits, transportation permits from each state it must
travel to and the list goes on. Not only is the paint in its wet form
hazardous, it is equally if not more hazardous in dry dust forms. You are
not even supposed to sand this stuff unless you have enclosed areas to
capture the dust particulate and you must have a fresh air breathing
apparatus for each individual in the area. You should also be aware that if
you sandblast a vehicle with CARC on it it is also creating dust and here we
go again. This is one material we should all stay away from. Lives are more
important than authenticity. Regards, John
