The M-Series oil filters are easily replaced with Napa or Wix filters, I
don't have the number off hand, but bring it in and they can get the right
one for you. The last one I bought for my M38A1 was only 12.00 if I
remember right. Don't bother trying to clean it up, you're dollars ahead
buying a new filter.

Thanks,
Sean

I think you can test a condensor for it's most common fault (a dead
short) just by trying 12V across it. If the points are burnt then it
is not very effective and should be replaced anyway. Oil filters I
just bin and replace, but maybe the M series Dodges are different from
my WC and VC ones Gordon, Falkirk, Scotland
