OOPS! After looking back at the blurb Mr. Kiser quoted, I see the
Reuter(s) byline. And here I thought the UK equivalent of our AP was a
little more observant of fact than that. Silly me. Since, like AP
dispatches, Reuters dispatches go worldwide, it sounds REALLY
EARTHSHAKING for a "widely-respected" news service to report that our
Defense Department is giving "tanks" to cities to use against our own
citizens. Wow! Imagine that! Anything to sell a paper...
