[MV] M151 question

I heard that the M151 was dangerous to drive... Is that really true
or just what the manufacturer pretends ?
There is a company in Clearwater FL that rebuilts M151's and sells
them on the market... How is the M151 compared to earlier or
civilian models ? What about the independant suspension system...?
