Jim also suggested adding Slick 50 to the wheel hubs to reduce friction. I
was thinking of adding Slick 50 to the wheel hubs, bevel boxes, transfer
case, and gear box.
Is this a good idea? Do I use the same Slick 50 oil treatment you add to
engine oil? How much?
Slick 50 also has a very strong gas treatment that takes carbon deposits off
the valves. I was thinking of using some in the gas tank, but I think it
would be too much of a shock on the old MV system.
