I would really advise against using any additive with PTFE. All PTFE
is, is Teflon. The same stuff on non-stick pans. It takes temps
greater than 2,000 degrees to bond PTFE (Teflon) to metal. PTFE comes
as a powder that is added to the oil. Eventually it settles to bottom
and just sits there as any particle suspended in oil does. It has been
known to block oil passages leading to damaged engines and to clog up
oil pumps and to reduce the effectiveness of oil filters.

The maker of Slick 50 states that it's product has been teated by an
independent lab. Well, when anyone that has asked for test results,
controls, and the name of the lab they have refused to release it.

All you need to do is, at least, follow the recommended maintenance
schedule and you should not have any problems.
