Hi Fred,

I think you mean the B60 engine, B denotes a B Range engine, the 6 is the
number of cylinders and 0 represents the bore size, 3.5" for the zero and
3.75" if its a 1.

Leyland used a B81, Mk80 F in the SP 12-3 Schutzenpanzer Lang APC designed
by Hispano-Suiza and also built by both Hanomag and Henschel between 1958
and 1962.

The B60 engines were also installed by Hotchkiss in the HS 30 tracked cargo
carrier based on the similar Schutzenpanzer Kurt chassis.

Both vehicles were produced for the West German Bundeswehr.
