I spoke with Mr. John Booth personally last night. He was very concerned
because he had heard through several people that "a person named Booth"
and Parramore Surplus's
reputation and honesty had been questioned on the Military Vehicle
Internet List.

I would like to add my two cents worth. Parramore Surplus has been
around for years. I have personally done business with Parramore Surplus
and never experienced any problems. I have personally known and done
business with John Booth for several years. John has assisted me in
acquiring the majority of my military vehicle collection and a
significant number of the parts I needed for the restoration of these
vehicles. I believe you would be hard pressed to find an individual that
is as honest, fair, and knowledgeable in the field of military surplus
as John Booth. Due to John's abilities to discern good equipment from
junk, he has kept me from buying into future headaches. His charges for
vehicles and parts are very reasonable. John's prior military (USMC)
experience, a lifetime of dealing with surplus, and his many connections
in the surplus field make him a valuable person to know for anyone out
there trying to restore military vehicles. Besides all that, he is just
a good guy!

John asked me to pass along a message to Mr. Stew Ellis. "Your order and
check were received. Your two M151 tops are being shipped out UPS.
Thanks for the order. Semper Fi."

Thanks, Kevin Vislocky
