For the purposes of the Olive-Drab web site, I will try to make the Vehicle
Identification Chart as complete as possible. So it will include the M-xx,
the G-xxx, and "official name" (ie, Truck, 1/4 ton, 4x4) plus the common
name ("deuce and 1/2") plus a photo. That is the target anyway -- it is
hard to get all of that together for every vehicle.

I have the chart so far up and running (see it at
http://www.olive-drab.com/od_mvg_vehicle_id ) and will add as I get more
info and photos in. Please feel free to send in anything you think should
be added or changed -- I very much value the input.

Hope you find this useful,
chuck@olive-drab.com
