It should probably read:

5 30
639660 C
W2

Look more closely. Does it have the reinforcement ribs between the head
stud holes?

5-30 is the casting date. (So May 30.) It is a early CJ-2A head.

That should read 639660 too. That is a Feb 11 early WWII head.
