Not any more Gordon, since 1 Jan 98, and that was put back from '97, you
need the HGV ticket.
I have a FV623 that said "Mobile Crane" on the original V5 but now reads
"Historic Vehicle", the best cop out is before 1 Jan 60 which exempts
just about everything not being commercially used.
