[MV] M100 Trailer Information/Parts

I have an M100 trailer, 1952 vintage, and was wondering if anyone could
tell me the correct mil-spec for the color. Along the right side of the
body, I can barely make out 1 1/2 inch yellow letters under the existing
paint. Would this indicate a Marine Corps trailer?
Also, would anyone know where I might be able to find the cable box
(toolbox) normally mounted on the front of the trailer, or the support
leg and bracket?
