No it isn't. The THM400's only use for vacuum is the vacuum modulator which
only alters the speed at which shifts take place. And most Diesels use
cable modulators that go in the same hole and connect to the throttle
linkage. The trany itself does not use any vacuum for anything, unless
it's not a turbo 400!
