I use an old set of chains from my Willys MB. I just=0D
had to shorten the chains a few links. The problem=0D
with using chains on the Mule is that the clearance=0D
from the wheel to the platform is rather small, so unless=0D
the chains are really thight, they often bang against =0D
the platform. If you bolt them throught the tire, they=0D
probably would fit OK, but make sure they wont=0D
puncture the tube.=0D

Even with chains, I'm not that happy with the Mule's=0D
performance in the snow. Seems that its too heavy=0D
to float on the snow, but still to light to plow through.=0D
But then I'd rather use my weasel in the snow...=0D
