>From past experience I can tell you that the Government does NOT need a memo
or law or anything else to stop or slow paperwork. I called Import Branch of
the ATF 2 weeks ago and was told they were NOT processing any form 6's while
waiting on new policy interpretation from the State Dept. Read the word
"interpretation"
No new law needed here. Just a new opinion on someones part and we all
suffer.
