The cone shaped fitting is a "wedge" As far As I know most large trucks use
them. You should be able to peck on the side of the flanges with a brass
hammer and the wedges will jump out. If they have been in awhile it might
take a little more hammering. Use a brass Hammer so you won't do damage the
drive flanges.
As for the third member call Memphis Equipment and ask for the service
department, They should be able to tell you what ever you need to know. They
have very helpful to me in the past
