I seem to remember that the French made some WOF (Willys
Overland France) replacement gaskets, made of more modern
materials ("spi" gaskets as the french call then sometimes) I
think there are transmission gaskets and also a replacement
two-part rubber gasket that replaces the original rear
crankshaft seal which leaked all the time...
Check on the Net for the French suppliers of Jeep spares and the
Hotchkiss M201 pages.
You can also try J.P.S.A in La Garenne- Colombes in France:
fax number: 011-33-1-4760 00 20.
I've had good luck with them in the past for my MB needs,
including a very well-rebuilt engine on exchange...
