[MV] looking for mounting hardware for hot water heater kit

Okay, okay... No laughing. I know it's rare, rare, rare but I have a
customer looking for mounting hardware for a WWII MB/GPW hot water heater
kit. Also looking for accessories and mounting brackets for the
Westinghouse Air Compressor as mounted in MB/GPW. A customer of mine has
found these two items but now needs the mounting accessories.
