As one of four "Lug Nuts" (wheeled MVs) in Orange County, CA (as opposed to
"Tread Heads" (tracked AFVs), I'd like to see about setting up a monthly
gathering somewhere in Orange County that won't conflict with the folks at
Garden Grove, or the folks in the Inland Empire. (And, no, I'm not forming
another chapter. When somebody brings an MBT to these gatherings on a
regular basis, THEN I will consider it...)
Basically it would be a chance to park the MVs in public view, have a
"tailgater", let the munchkins run around, show our colors, and lean
against good, solid, well made machines, all the while snickering at all of
these so-called "SUVs".
I'd like to hear from the folks do things in and around Orange County, San
Bernadino, LA County, and San Diego County, so I can start looking at the
calender.
