But this would only apply if you were driving a
commercial vehicle, then you'd also need a CDL.

Actually according to the Constitution you don't have
"Civil" rights, those are granted under the 14th
Amendment to certain groups, you have God given
rights.

They weren't granted by the Constitution, the
Copnstitution protects them and tells the gov't "Hands
off!"

There's a difference.
