Friends!
New to this list and have enjoyed your postings. While I don't own a MV I
enjoy driving a distant grandchild, my '94 Wrangler. I work as a
firefighter/EMT in Indiana and while this may not be to damn prevalent bear
with me.
I changed the lube oil in the rear end of my Jeep a few weeks ago at my
firestation (tax dollars at work) and found a nice trick for getting the
thick gear oil into the diff. I used oxygen extension tubing from out of the
ambulance and ran one end into the diff. while the other end will slip onto
the tip of the oil container. Hold it upside down and poke a small hole in
it and you can squeeze the stuff right thru the tubing or carefully hang it
up and go make a sandwich. When you get back it should be all inside the
diff. You can get the O2 tubing from any ambulance service or hospital.

Know anybody looking to give away an M37 to a good home?
Anyway, good luck with the lube! Mark
