You can get a reasonable facsimile of Bully Beef at the supermarket today. It's
called Corned Beef and is usually made in Argentina or Brazil. Armor or Libby's
as I remember. It comes in a pyramidal can typically with a key on the side that
is used to tear a metal strip off the can side.

The ingredients listed on the can of Libby's in front of me are: cooked beef,
beef, water, salt, sugar, and sodium nitrite and it was packed in Brazil..

The down side is that t has loads of fat and salt, but tastes pretty good,
especially fried with an egg or two and maybe some potatoes. Alternately, it
makes pretty hearty sandwiches.

If you want canned ham, Plumrose is a better choice than Spam.
