Ken, kudos my friend. Very well said and I hope your
message is taken to heart by everyone.

I make it a firm rule that we will refund the purchase
price, less shipping, regardless of the reason as long
as its returned in the same condition as sold and
within a reasonable time of the purchase.

A few dollars lost on a refund goes a long ways to
making a great return customer who can trust us. Folks
used to call that goodwill, I just call it good
