Hi Mike,

So what you are saying is that in addition to groups of people
organizing themselves to alternately win auctions at less than the true
market price for longterm personal gain, that members of such groups
sometimes breach that trust and bid behind each other's backs anyway?
The first might be a violation of state and federal antitrust laws but
the second is just plain mean!
