Foxhole Joe usually does disclose that he charges a "Fondling Charge". If you
guys want to get on the bandwagon, everytime he puts something up that has
that disclosure, I email him to find out what the cost of the handling charge
is. Of course I won't bid because I know the guy is a sheister!
