If you want to sand blast your rims, MAAS brothers in Livermore (S. Vasco &
W Los Positas) will do it for about $20 a rim or $50 if you want them powder
coated. I had my HMMWV rims blasted and coated with a semi-gloss black coat
then painted the out side with flat black. They came out very nice.
