US based MV Listers,

++Subject: [MV] Imports of Military Vehicles and Parts:

++The government has stepped up the pressure another notch. After contacting
the ATF and ++the State Department the answers are as follows.

++Question: Where did this directive come from. Answer, The highest level of
government. ( ++The President )

++They have the notion that we should not own this type on equipment!

++What this sound like is the assault weapons ban all over again.

The same thing has been happening here in Australia. Our protectors changed
our gun laws, and then realised that some of us had Armour, than had (past
tense) a barrel. Under their definition, it was prohibited and had to be
melted down (Project Ploughshares). It took a lot of fast decisive action by
vehicle owners to stop the confiscations happening. And they did mean
confiscation - no remimbursement.

The boys have tried it here first and now their trying it on you.

You should tell your politicians to think more about their constituents
rather than party politics. In fact if they had done this simple thing the
US constitution wouldn't be comprised now, nor would 50% of your leaders.
Imagine what legal Bills can be past in the next two years, before you are
allowed to vote again.

As Earl says start phoning, this is not an isolated incident. If was ever
"green", "went bang" or defined an as "MV" you are not allowed to have it.

Rgds,

John
