You can thank you state legislators for passing that new law. This was aimed
at the huge imports of used cars coming into Texas from other states. More
money to line the pockets of the rich and infamous in Austin. Sept 1st is the
date for all new laws to take effect here in Texas.............See if your
local represenative voted for this new law and vote them out next term!
