The lister in question has, as I recall a fire truck built on a military 6x6 chassis. Howe (note e on end)was a builder of fire apparatus bodies (ie. "tanks"), thus, I suspect the nomenclature "how tank" as builder, and I suspect, the ignorance of the State Farm computer.
