Before anyone starts out on me, yes, I know of the dangers of working on
split rims. I still want to change the tires myself. You can chalk it up
to a self-sufficiency mentality, or just being a glutton for punishment.
I have found a couple of places online that sell the tools, just figured
someone on the list may have them to sell and/or know of a good source. It
is easy to get burned ordering new commercial tools of unknown origin.
Nowadays, they are likely to be made of cheap steel and imported from China.
